“I am the Maintenance director for an assisted living facility, and today we had an electrical failure that affected components for our fire sprinkler system. Being a Friday afternoon, I could not find an electrician that was willing to come out and take care of our system. We care for seniors with cognitive decline and waiting for a repair to a major fire and life safety system is never an option! Fortunately, we did not have to. Eddie was willing to work late, putting off his personal plans with his family to make sure that our residents were protected. Eddie was thorough in his work and very personable.
