When I called to schedule an appointment asap Mikki was very helpful and explained all of the pricing options. As it was late in the day she dispatched my call to Tim. He walked me through all the steps to successfully identify and correct the problem. He was extremely patient with this senior lady and made a friend for life when he told me there would be no charge. I am very grateful for his patience, help and kindness.”

“This is the 2nd time I’ve used VPC,the first time was a complicated issue and Tim was bound and determined to find us a solution and did! This time a little less complicated but challenging nonetheless, as that’s just how my house is, I didn’t hesitate to call VPC. They were able install the electrical components necessary to have a new heat pump installed where I wanted it, which was not necessarily the most convenient location for those installing, but mattered to me for the sake of my garden and ascetic of my home.”
